Course is being developed by Russell Akers for an invitation-only Founding Athlete beta. Access is not currently offered through this website.
The intended long-range view connects your destination, target and event date with evidence about your trajectory.
The intended weekly experience reviews the prior week and explains priorities, key sessions and realistic training capacity.
The daily experience is being built to combine recovery, prior response, calendar context, weekly objectives, goal trajectory and the scheduled workout.
Course’s approved design uses athlete-selected device calendars and manual constraints through a provider-neutral schedule layer. The goal is to find training windows around work, family and other commitments, with explicit permission and honest sync status.
Live calendar integration remains under development.
Course’s coaching architecture connects observation, planning, athlete approval, execution, reconciliation and adaptation. Safety checks and athlete permissions govern changes. Missing recovery data stays missing; prepared workouts are not represented as delivered.
The proposed Garmin integration uses authorized activity and health evidence and athlete-approved structured workout delivery. Course does not yet have verified Garmin developer access or a completed live Garmin integration. This website does not imply Garmin endorsement or partnership.
Course’s scope includes endurance, strength, general fitness, tactical and multiple goals. The Founding Athlete beta is the first validation step. Feature availability, pricing and release timing are not final.
